Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (if available).
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Orders are processed the next business day, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible at niornine03@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
We process orders the next business day.
- U.S. orders: 5–8 business days

International orders: 6–12 business days
All orders are shipped via DSers Fulfillment Service.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping within the U.S. and to select international countries.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and Netherlands.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery at niornine03@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
